Terms of Service and Scope of Work
Asset Integrity Field Service Inc. provides independent, inspection only documentation services. The following terms define the scope, limitations, and intended use of our services.
Scope of Services
Services are limited to objective documentation of observable property and site conditions at a specific point in time.
Services may include:
Inspection only documentation of vegetation, terrain, site conditions, and exterior observable features
Time stamped and georeferenced condition records
Baseline documentation
Follow up documentation over time
Private observation documentation of defensible space characteristics when requested
All inspections are observational and documentation focused. Conditions are recorded as they exist on the date of inspection.
Defensible Space Observation Documentation
When requested, Asset Integrity Field Service Inc. may document observable defensible space characteristics as part of a broader property condition inspection.
This service records visible site conditions only. It does not constitute regulatory inspection, compliance certification, enforcement action, or pass or fail determination.
Asset Integrity Field Service Inc. does not act as an Authority Having Jurisdiction and does not issue citations or regulatory decisions.
Services Not Provided
Asset Integrity Field Service Inc. does not provide:
Land surveying or boundary determination
Engineering or structural analysis
Geospatial modeling or survey grade mapping
Appraisal or monetary valuation
Loss estimation or damage quantification
Mitigation plans or treatment prescriptions
Construction, vegetation removal, or contractor services
Risk scoring or underwriting evaluation
Regulatory enforcement or compliance determinations
Legal opinions or representation
Any interpretation, valuation, compliance decision, underwriting determination, or legal conclusion is outside our scope and remains the responsibility of the appropriate licensed or authorized professional.
Nature of Documentation
All documentation represents conditions as observed at the time of inspection.
Documentation:
Is descriptive, not predictive
Does not guarantee future outcomes
Does not imply approval, compliance, or acceptance by insurers, agencies, or third parties
Use of Documentation
Inspection documentation may be referenced in property, organizational, legal, or insurance related contexts.
Asset Integrity Field Service Inc. provides documentation only. Interpretation and decision making are performed independently by the appropriate parties.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate property location and access information
Ensuring lawful access to the inspection area
Determining how documentation is stored, submitted, or referenced
Asset Integrity Field Service Inc. does not control acceptance, interpretation, or use of documentation by third parties.
Data Retention
Inspection records may be retained for internal documentation integrity and record keeping purposes unless otherwise specified in a written service agreement.
Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Asset Integrity Field Service Inc., clients acknowledge and accept the scope and limitations outlined above. Specific project scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in the service agreement applicable to each inspection.
