DELIVERABLES
Asset Integrity Field Service Inc. provides structured, inspection only documentation designed to create clear records of exterior property and site conditions at a defined point in time.
Deliverables are organized, time stamped, and prepared for future reference and comparison. All documentation reflects observable conditions as they existed on the date of inspection.
Deliverables can show visible fuel proximity, clearance, ladder fuel conditions, and change after work.
Standard Deliverables
Each engagement may include the following components depending on scope and site conditions:
Time Stamped Documentation Package
A structured record of vegetation, terrain, site conditions, and exterior observable features captured on a defined inspection date.
Photographic Record
An organized photo log documenting visible conditions and spatial relationships across the property.
Georeferenced Documentation
Location based documentation providing spatial context for recorded conditions.
Property Condition Summary
A written summary describing observable site characteristics documented during the inspection.
All documentation is limited to conditions observed at the time of inspection.
Defensible Space Observation Documentation
When requested, documentation may include structured observation of defensible space characteristics.
This may include visible vegetation spacing, ground fuels as observed, ladder fuels when visible, and proximity of combustible materials to structures.
This service is private and non regulatory. It does not constitute compliance certification, enforcement action, or pass or fail determination. Observations are documented as visible conditions only.
Baseline Documentation
When performed prior to significant change, deliverables establish a structured baseline record of existing property and site conditions.
This baseline may later be referenced for comparison if conditions change over time. Its purpose is to create clarity before change occurs.
Follow Up Documentation
Follow up inspections document current observable conditions after work has been completed or after conditions have changed.
When a prior baseline exists, documentation may be reviewed alongside earlier records to illustrate observable differences over time. Where no prior baseline exists, the documentation stands independently as a condition record.
Data Ownership and Access
Inspection deliverables are provided to the client for their records.
Clients retain ownership of their documentation. Available file formats and data exports are confirmed prior to engagement. Asset Integrity Field Service Inc. does not impose vendor lock in restrictions.
