What is included in a basic consultation?
$225 ground-based visual verbal consultation for one property up to 60 minutes with no written report or TRAQ rating.
Are written reports included?
Written reports and TRAQ assessments are quoted separately.
What about permit reports?
Permit reports are application support subject to jurisdiction requirements.
Do you perform pruning or removal work?
No pruning or removal work is performed.
When are you available for site visits?
Weekday evening visits after 5 PM when daylight permits plus Saturdays.
How are appointments confirmed?
Appointments are confirmed only after travel, site, and calendar review.
Mitigation Field Documentation
What types of field records do you provide?
Baseline, progress, completion, and revisit field records with photos, observed conditions, and mapped references scoped per project.
What services are excluded?
No regulatory compliance certification, engineering, surveying, forestry prescription, or physical treatment is provided.
